Details of system installed at plant near Wilkes Barre, Pa; mine rock and breaker waste transported by aerial tram over 25 tracks of Jersey Central and 2 tracks of Lehigh Valley Railroad to transfer bin, from which it is taken by one of two trams to one of two dumps radiating from that point, each with storage capacity about 40,000,000 cu ft, estimated as providing for 30 yr total refuse output.
