Opportunity for body designer of front-driven cars to create harmony and beauty of lines; pan can be brought down even with bottom flange and height of springs increased and more comfortable cushion made; advantage of appearance in overall height, advantage \ill\of lowering center of gravity which will add to steadiness, reducing side sway, and adds to roadability of car; front-wheel drives are necessarily of long wheelbase requiring economy in length of footroom in body; muffling noise at front; absence of gear shift lever through floor.
