Construction and equipment of ZRS-4 and ZRS-5 dirigibles being built by Goodyear-Zeppelin Corp., at Akron, Ohio, Municipal Airport; lifting-gas capacity 6,500,000 cu. ft.; ships are 35 per cent larger than British R-100 and R-101 and 2 1/2 times as large as Los Angeles; they are only 9 ft. longer than Graf Zeppelin, yet almost twice as large in volume; control arrangements; advantages of helium; 12,000 sq. ft total deck area.
