Dimensions: Length over-all, 275 ft.; length between perpendiculars, 265 ft.; breadth amidships, 41 ft.; extreme draft, 20 ft. 2 in. Propelling machinery consists of set of triple-expansion, inverted, direct-acting, surface-condensing engines.
