Writer claims that when curve sharper than 24 deg., or of 1433 ft. radius, is used, roadway should be elevated on outer side and widened on inner side. Belief is expressed that 6 per cent grade established in days of horse-drawn vehicles is not necessarily most economic for motor vehicles.
