Solution of difficult traffic problems by West Virginia Road Commission in resurfacing and widening eight miles on U. S. Route no. 60, from Belle to Cedar Grove, West Virginia; during peak traffic hour 400 to 500 vehicles pass over this road; one-half road curb was constructed first for distance of four miles; then other half was completed.
