Brill Co., Philadelphia; six cylinders developing 400 hp. and other of eight cylinders developing 535 hp.; cylinders 8 3/4 in. by 10 1/2 in.; normal speed of 950 r.p.m.; piston displacement of six is 3788 cu. in.; while that of eight is 5051 cu. in.; weight of engines are 8000 and 10,000 lb. respectively; speed-tractive-force curve for Brill six and eight-cylinder engines.
