Discussion of factors in selection of motor-bus equipment; type must be determined generally by operation; how size of equipment affects net income; after experience with almost every kind of equipment, Detroit Department of Street Railways has come to conclusion that three sizes of buses will satisfy all requirements; number of passengers and time when they demand transportation are important factors in selection of one size of bus.
