Samples of anodically treated aluminum alloy parts, taken from several German aircraft, chiefly from airframes, have been examined for type and nature of anodic films; 19 parts examined; names of parts, aircraft from which they were taken, appearance of anodic films, and corresponding type of British material are indicated in table.
