It is difficult, if not impossible, to simulate altitude, temperature, and pressure variations on stand and to evaluate these factors on engine performance; it is concluded that thorough flight testing of engine models by manufacturer would work for progress in way of anticipating engine requirements and of eliminating operation faults.
