Motor truck terminal built by Port of New York Authority on 29 acre site in Newark, NJ, is largest facility of its kind; with interior back-up space for 160 trucks, it provides for mechanized interchange of up to 2500 tons of package freight per day between large highway transports and smaller trucks; outlines of layout, under floor conveyor system, freight handling, pick-up and delivery service, and operation.
