Equations of motion of artificial satellite of earth are calculated with choice of parameters dictated by stability study considerations and not for purpose of orbital studies; equations are obtained from kinetic and potential energy functions of system and components of torque in body coordinates from generalized torques by co-variant transformation which is derived.
