Droplet vaporization, chemical reaction, and drag between gas and droplet are considered for 1-dimensional model; quantitative theoretical results are presented for variation of droplet size, droplet velocity, gas temperature and gas velocity within chamber, particular attention being paid to calculation of specified ratio therefor; theory applied to German V2 rocket motor.
