Results of study carried out by Douglas Aircraft Co, Inc, showed that there existed following obstacles to more complete utilization of Computing Services Dept and facility -- poor communications, lack of understanding of computer capabilities, absence of rapid means of solving small problems and deficiency in assistance provided by Computer Services Dept; corrective steps undertaken were improvement of procedures with respect to small problems, education of user, and revitalization of computer services function.
