Triple-screw tugboat J.B.Chauvin, designed particularly for high speed oil towing on Cumberland and Illinois Rivers, was built by Nashville Bridge Co for Berwick Bay Towing Co; length 96.6 ft; breadth 28.6 ft; depth 8.8 ft; three 8-cyl Fairbanks-Morse engines each develop 600 hp at 1200 rpm.
