Paper presents succinct exposition of further investigations into bulk properties of three-dimensional, turbulent, incompressible jets, supplementing earlier research carried out by Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn Aerospace Laboratory; remarks based on recent experiments are made with regard to axis velocity decays, three flow regions, half-width boundaries, velocity profile similarity, approach to axisymmetry, mass entrainment, and momentum conservation and velocity irregularities in three-dimensional jets.
