Buehler; in this design Redler chain hoist system is applied to floating hoist; advantages of system enumerated, including hourly unloading capacity of 500 tons per hoist, intermediate storage of 60 tons, five times less power requirement than with pneumatic unloading, Diesel electric in place of steam drive, etc.
