Paper derives and analyzes method of steering rocket vehicle so as to achieve ballistic trajectory that arrives at specific position at specific time; result contained is substantial refinement of fly-by-wire method for exoatmospheric steering; simulation results show that since steering equation is sufficiently accurate, no trajectory-dependent preflight calculations need be done when simple in-flight choice of certain constants is made.
