Element-wound materials are useful from viewpoint of weight saving when used for aerospace vehicles; application of filament-wound rocket motor chamber is considered; it is necessary that chamber must be proof-tested up to high internal pressure, close to burst pressure; experimental verification concerning low-cycle fatigue is described.
