Purpose of study, conducted in Space Research Laboratory of Dept of Psychology at Univ of Maryland, is to evaluate effects of highly organized and structural environment on ability of subject to continue to perform at appropriate level for long periods of time under confined conditions that typify certain space activities; one interesting aspect studied on subject's performance was pattern of wake and sleep cycles; preliminary findings.
