To solve difficult and complex problems in development of radar and guided missiles, (British) Ministry of Supply is bringing into operation at Royal Aircraft Establishment, new electronic-hydraulic calculating machine or "simulator" called "Tridac", derived from phrase "three dimensional analogue computer"; application in calculation of forward speed of aircraft, and in conjunction with radar in fighter aircraft.
