Dynamic problems of system stability and control considered are illustrated by reference chiefly to hydrogen-oxygen rocket; pressure-fed and pump-fed rocket systems; elements of rocket that contribute significantly to system dynamics are turbopump cooling jacket, flexible injector head and combustion dynamics; effects of component dynamics on system stability, design, operation, and control are illustrated.
