In efforts to standardize rolling stock Swedish State Railway administration is experimenting with new type of composite vehicle; development of covered vehicle so constructed that it could be loaded and used also as open car, thus combining in one best qualities of both types of vehicles; roof is longitudinally divided and both parts are collapsible; lowering and raising are easily done by one person and take only two minutes.
