Cars are often set back by too technical inspection; standardization of freight trains is important problem; it is of utmost importance that freight cars be well maintained in order that they may produce maximum mileage and revenue; large railroad centers should have repair plants of common or community ownership sufficiently large to make repairs, and if necessary, provide for general overhauling of freight cars.
