New low-wing craft with many original features, designed by D. A. Hall and W. L. Schultz, is briefly described; 2-passenger plane for training purposes; wing span 27 ft.; wing set at dihedral angle of 5 deg.; exceptionally wide landing-gear tread; absence of stabilizer and fin; moveable wing in back acts as elevator; large rudder; short wing.
