Hull framework consisting of sturdy ash members all butt-jointed is covered with sheets of Alclad special non-corrosive duralumin; by aid of sponsons and special bottom curve no spray is thrown against propellers or windows; wings entirely of duralumin covered with fabric; cabin seats 9 passengers; upper wing span 71 ft. 8 in., two 410-hp. Wasp engines; high speed 129.5 m.p.h.; wheels of landing gear raised by control from cockpit.
