Rocket powered delta wing aircraft tested had small horizontal tail mounted behind and above exit of rocket nozzle; results indicated that model encountered large jet induced effects on longitudinal trim believed to result from fact that horizontal tail either intersected or was very close behind shock wave in external flow originating near intersection of external flow and jet boundary.
