Camera capable of taking movie photography at rate of 100 frames/min was used on Atlanta Expressway System; traffic data for period of 40 min could be obtained from 100-ft reel of film; methods of analyzing data; information collected for each location studied included vehicle volume, speeds, and classification of types; applicability of method to study of complex intersections and problem areas.
