Steering and control system for automatic terminal guidance in direct-ascent satellite rendezvous, using control of thrust magnitude and direction, is analyzed; for rendezvous with station in 400 nautical mi circular orbit, range of initial velocity and displacement errors which system is able to correct is determined.
