Study made to classify human-initiated failures in testing of rocket engines for Liquid Rocket Plant, Aerojet-General Corp; from computer printout of all human errors for reporting period Jan through Dec 31 1959, those failures indicated as having occurred in test procedure were reserved for investigation; outline of human errors formed for each stage of installation, use, settings and wiring, fueling, and repairs; conclusions and recommendations.
