In the present invention, a drone 1 carrying baggage takes off from a takeoff device 11, and travels to a user's home 20, which is the delivery destination of the baggage, using a GPS system. When the drone 1 approaches the user's home which is the destination, the flight of the drone 1 is then switched from autonomous navigation using the GPS system to remote control using a landing device 21 and an in-home control device 22 which are installed in the user's home 20. The drone 1 lands on the landing device 21 via remote control from the landing device 21 and the in-home control device 22 and drops the baggage 50, and then returns to a warehouse 10 using the GPS system and lands on the takeoff device 11.
