The working reinforcement (50) includes at least two working layers (51, 52), each including non-resilient metal reinforcements that intersect each other from one working layer to the next and angled by between 15° and 40° inclusive with respect to the circumferential direction. The bracing reinforcement (70) is formed by circumferentially winding a sheet so as to form a radial stack of at least two bracing layers (71, 72) that include circumferential resilient metal reinforcements angled by at most 2.5° with respect to the circumferential direction. The bracing reinforcement (70) is radially positioned between the working layers (51, 52), and the circumferential metal reinforcements of the bracing reinforcement (70) have a breaking strength of at least 800 daN.
