Disclosed is offshore equipment for producing liquefied natural gas by utilizing associated gas. The offshore equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: offshore crude oil production equipment having a crude oil processing apparatus for producing oil by refining the crude oil obtained from submarine wells, and a gas reinjection apparatus for compressing and reinjecting, into a reservoir, associated gas separated from the crude oil refining process; and offshore liquefied natural gas production equipment for producing liquefied natural gas by receiving feed gas comprising at least a portion of the associated gas from the offshore crude oil production equipment, and processing and liquefying the feed gas. The offshore crude oil production equipment is provided with a feed gas supply unit for recovering backflow gas, generated by the reverse flow of the injected gas which has been compressed by the gas reinjection apparatus, and producing feed gas by utilizing the backflow gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the offshore equipment, which reinjects, into a reservoir, gas that is the compressed associated gas (injected gas), is structured so that gas reinjected into the reservoir flows backward so as to allow recovery, and liquefied natural gas is produced by utilizing the recovered backflow gas, thus allowing productivity to be improved for liquefied natural gas production that utilizes associated gas.
