The present invention relates to a floating type aquatic support apparatus and, more specifically, to a floating type aquatic support apparatus capable of preventing a marine structure from rotating in place. A floating type aquatic support apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a ball, a floating means having a floating portion which floats in water and supports the ball such that the ball can rotate; a support of which one end is exposed above the water so that a structure can be mounted thereto, and the other end is heavier than the one end so as to be erected vertically in the water, and which is coupled to the ball. The ball has a guide groove along the circumferential surface through which the support passes. In addition, the floating means further includes a restraining protrusion inserted into the guide groove to restrict the rotation of the ball around the axis of the support, and a fixing member which mounts the restraining protrusion to the floating portion. According to the present invention, the restraining protrusion is inserted into the guide groove of the ball so as to prevent the support coupled to the ball from rotating about the central axis thereof. Therefore, when a wind turbine is mounted on the support, it is possible to prevent the axis of the wind turbine from being rotated by the wind.
