The invention relates to wing-in-ground-effect vehicles having an aerodynamic "composite wing" configuration. The technical result is an increase in safety by providing for the static, non-oscillatory and oscillatory stability of a wing-in-ground-effect vehicle, and a reduction in induced drag by delaying stalling on the panels of a composite wing in the region where said panels abut a centre section. The present wing-in-ground-effect vehicle has a composite wing having a centre section (1) and panels (2), end-plates (3) in the end sections of the centre section (1), a propulsion unit, a vertical stabilizer (4), and a horizontal stabilizer (5).
