This invention focuses to the development of the Adaptive Flexible Hybrid Energy Systems of Solar, Wave, and Wind (HESSWW) including its subsystems and components such as the 3DFPNFO (a 3D flexible floating structure), the Flexible Interlinked Wave Energy System (FIWES), transmission systems, damping systems and the Adaptive Solar Energy System (ASES). Wind turbines are also included. Integrations of the above subsystems are also included.
