A method for manufacturing a composite structure (700). A filler material (712) with a barrier material (713) for a channel (714) in the filler material is formed. A composite material and the filler material with the barrier material are laid up onto a tool in a shape of the composite structure. The composite material and the filler material in the shape of the composite structure are cured.

    L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour la fabrication d'une structure composite. Un matériau de charge doté d'un matériau barrière pour un canal dans le matériau de charge est formé. Un matériau composite et le matériau de charge doté du matériau barrière sont déposés sur un outil dans une forme de la structure composite. Le matériau composite et le matériau de charge dans la forme de la structure composite sont durcis.
