The invention provides a mounting process for an all-rotation main propeller of a ship. The all-rotation main propeller of the ship comprises a propeller motor, an elastic coupling, an upper propeller part and a lower propeller part, wherein a certain included angle is formed between the central axis of the propeller motor and the horizontal plane; a certain included angle is formed between the central axis of the upper propeller part and a vertical line passing through the center of a flange; when the upper propeller part is mounted, the mounting accuracy can be measured by dotting the inclined lower surface of the flange, dotting the vertical line passing through the center of the flange and calculating the included angle between the axis of the upper propeller part and the vertical line by utilizing a total station, and the parallelism of the disk surface of the propeller motor and the disk surface of the upper propeller part is conveniently adjusted by self-making a jackscrew tool. The mounting accuracy can be effectively guaranteed in a welding-while-measuring mode.
