The invention relates to a minitype fluttering-wing aircraft, belonging to the technical field of aviation. The minitype fluttering-wing aircraft comprises a fuselage, an empennage, a left fluttering wing device, a right fluttering wing device, a motor, a gear reducer, a main shaft and an undercarriage. An operation and control system, airborne equipment and power supply equipment are equipped in the fuselage. The left fluttering wing device and the right fluttering wing device are the same in structure, parameter and working principle and are symmetrically arranged at the left and right sides of the fuselage. The empennage consists of a horizontal tail and a vertical tail. The two ends of the main shaft are connected with the left fluttering wing device and the right fluttering wing device. The left fluttering wing device comprises a turntable, a sliding block, a translation guide bar, an upright guide bar, a linear bearing and a wing sheet. Power of the motor passes through the gear reducer and then is transferred to the main shaft, the main shaft drives the left fluttering wing device and the right fluttering wing device to work, the two wing sheets generate lift and thrust due to translational fluttering and cannot generate horizontal components in the transverse direction during wing fluttering. The aircraft is simple in structure and higher in efficiency and can be applied to a variety of tasks, such as aerial photography, geographic survey, traffic duty, agriculture and forestry operation, military reconnaissance and emergency rescue and disaster relief.
