The invention discloses a single-needle separable power supply device. The device comprises an upper support component and a lower support component. The upper support component comprises an output end wire, a conductive column and an upper supporting seat. The upper supporting seat is in a hollow structure, the conductive column is in threaded connection with the upper supporting seat, an opening groove for facilitating assembly and wire welding is formed in the upper portion of the conductive column, and the output end wire is welded in the opening groove of the conductive column. The lower support component comprises a conductive needle, a conductive spring, a spring seat, a lower supporting seat and an input end wire. The conductive needle is in a column structure, and a travel guide element and a conductive spring welding element are arranged on the column. The device is low in mass, small in size, high in strength, high and low temperature resistant and capable of solving the problems of the ejection mechanical force and the maximum application current control effectively and achieving microsatellite launching and energy supply combined functions.
