Disclosed is a dual-purpose motor voltage stabilization driving charging system of a hybrid electric vehicle. A dual-purpose motor controller is in parallel connection between a rectifier and a two-purpose motor; a dual-purpose motor speed regulating rotary knob is connected between the dual-purpose motor and the dual-purpose motor controller; the dual-purpose motor controller is further electrically connected with a dual-purpose motor contactor which is electrically connected with a leakage protector; a circuit of the leakage protector is in parallel connection with a circuit of a charger; a main drive motor contactor is in parallel connection between the dual-purpose motor contactor and the leakage protector and is electrically connected with a main drive motor controller; the main drive motor controller is electrically connected with a main drive motor; the main drive motor is in transmission connection with the vehicle; and a main drive motor speed regulating pedal is connected between the main drive motor and the main drive motor controller. The dual-purpose motor contactor is in series connection with a change-over switch, a power source input contact and a power source output contact through the other circuit, and the power source input contact corresponds to the power source output contact.
