A car crash hydraulic buffer comprises hydraulic levers which are fixed with car bumpers and a frame, and is characterized in that the hydraulic levers are internally provided with high pressure oil chambers which are filled with hydraulic oil to form semi-closed hydraulic systems. The hydraulic systems are designed into semi-closed structures, by means of compressibility of the hydraulic oil, the impact force is released in a manner that the hydraulic oil passes the oil chambers one by one, the whole process has a damping effect, the action duration of momentums is prolonged, thus the impact force is effectively released, and then the hydraulic oil is slowly restored under the action of springs. Therefore the safety of passengers in the car is protected, damage to a car body is avoided, and the goals that "the car is not destroyed, and people survive" which have not been attained yet are attained, so the car crash hydraulic buffer is worthy of being popularized and applied to existing vehicles.
