The invention discloses a drainage structure of an antiskid crawling ladder. The drainage structure of the antiskid crawling ladder comprises ladder beams with square sections, and foot bars fixed between the ladder beams; strip-type antiskid grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the foot bars; through holes which penetrate through the ladder beams downwards are formed in the inner walls of the grooves. Drainage holes are formed in the groove walls inside the antiskid grooves, the water flow in the rain and snow days can directly flow out of the crawling ladder via the through holes in two sides, and the skidding phenomenon caused by water in use is avoided. The foot bars can be kept dry when the drainage structure of the antiskid crawling ladder is not in use, a person cannot be splashed by the water inside the grooves when taking the crawling ladder and storage is convenient.
