The invention discloses an image acquisition control method and device and an image acquisition system. The method includes the steps that the speed of a train is detected, and whether the speed of the train changes or not is judged; when the speed of the train changes, the photographing frequency of a camera shooting part is adjusted so that the photographing frequency can be matched with the speed of the train. Through the method, the photographing frequency of the camera shooting part can be matched with the running speed of the train so that waste of storing and processing resources of the camera shooting part can be avoided and the image acquisition precision can be improved.
