The invention relates to an electric vehicle road wireless charging system which comprises an electric vehicle and a road charging device. An electromagnetic induction receiving device and an induction device are arranged at the bottom of the electric vehicle. The induction device is located at the front portion of the vehicle. The electromagnetic induction receiving device is located in the middle or at the rear portion of the vehicle and comprises a controller, a battery pack, an electromagnetic conversion device and a receiving coil. The receiving coil is electrically connected with the electromagnetic conversion device. The electromagnetic conversion device is electrically connected with the battery pack. The controller is electrically connected with the electromagnetic conversion device and the induction device. The road charging device comprises a charging coil, a cable, a charging controller and an inductor. The cable is communicated with the charging coil and connected with an external power source. The charging controller is connected with the inductor and the charging coil. By the adoption of the electric vehicle road wireless charging system, a charging method is simple, the vehicle can be charged without being parked, the travel mileage of the electric vehicle can be greatly increased, and the popularization of the electric vehicle is facilitated.
