The invention discloses a stable tooling trolley with an adjustable handle. By additionally installing a side opening sliding rod on a cabinet door opened, when being open, the cabinet door can be fixedly pushed open, so that the cabinet door can be stably pushed open and cannot be closed by wind; moreover, a handle part has a limit design, so that the handle can be adjusted to different angles to be suitable for the operation of workers with different heights; each wheel of the trolley is fixedly connected with a bottom layer steel cabinet through a height-adjustable connecting rod, thus, the trolley is adjustable in height, and can be used for assembling higher equipment.
