The invention discloses an automobile sun visor capable of adjusting positions. The automobile sun visor comprises a sun visor body, a bracket and a rotary shaft, wherein the rotary shaft is hinged to the sun visor body, the bracket is in sliding fit with the rotary shaft, a slide rail is arranged on the rotary shaft, and is arranged in a slide passage of the bracket, and a layer of decorating surface skin for absorbing ultraviolet rays is arranged at the outer layer of the sun visor body. The automobile sun visor has the advantages that the structure is simple; the bracket is in sliding fit with the rotary shaft, so the sun visor body and the bracket can be moved left and right according to the sun radiating angle of an automobile, so as to adjust the proper position; an inner lining is made of EPS (expandable polystyrene) material, so the production cost is reduced, and the weight of the sun visor is reduced.
