The invention discloses a seat rotation regulation mechanism with a manual and electric parallel design. The seat rotation regulation mechanism with the manual and electric parallel design comprises a base frame, a rotation drive mechanism, fastening and briquetting mechanisms, a side pedal mechanism, a lower cover plate, a fixed component and a bottom part support mechanism, and is characterized in that the two groups of fastening and briquetting mechanisms are arranged on the left end and the right end of the base frame; the side pedal mechanism is arranged on any one side of the base frame; the rotation drive mechanism and the lower cover plate are arranged on the bottom surface of the middle position of the base frame; the bottom part support mechanism is connected with the base frame through the fixed component. According to the seat rotation regulation mechanism with the manual and electric parallel design, rotation control can be realized conveniently through the manual and electric parallel design and electrification one-touch control.
