The invention discloses a steady tooling cart. Common tools and cables can be placed on a middle layer, vertical partition plates are utilized to divide an upper layer into a plurality of areas, so that small parts, such as various nuts and washers, can be placed separately, meanwhile, the form of limit slots coupled with the partitioning plates is adopted to further equally divide each containing area, consequently, small parts with different shapes and different functions, such as the nuts or the washers, can be placed separately, the steady tooling cart is more suitable for precision assembly, and moreover, because a weight sensor is added at the bottom of each area, the small parts can be counted; because locking devices are arranged on wheels, the iron cart can be prevented from automatically sliding on the sloped ground.
