The invention relates to a dynamic timing method for a mobile traffic lamp based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) information acquisition. The dynamic timing method comprises the following steps: counting the number of pedestrians waiting at an intersection before traffic lamp switching according to pedestrian electronic tag information received by a controller and calculating the waited duration of the pedestrians entering the intersection range at the earliest; calculating the average traffic flow of a current road section according to the pedestrian electronic tag information received by the controller; setting the shortest waiting time and the longest waiting time of the pedestrians at the intersection in the controller 3; calculating the switching time and the holding duration of the traffic lamp according to the quantity of the waiting pedestrians, the waited duration of the pedestrians, the average traffic flow and the shortest waiting time and longest waiting time of the pedestrians.
